  • 8 - bread slices
  • 2 - ripe Banana
  • 1 cup - all-purpose flour(maida)
  • 2 tsp - vanilla
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup or as needed - Milk
  • oil or Butter to fry
  • Sugar (optional)

How to Make Banana French Toast (Without Eggs)

  • In a blender, place banana, flour, sugar and vanilla. Blend smooth and then add enough milk to make of batter consistency.
  • Dip both sides of the bread in the batter to coat evenly.
  • Fry in hot oil or butter, turning once to brown each side nicely.
  • Watch carefully as this tends to burn easily.
  • Drain on paper towel and serve immediately.
  • Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
