  • 3 - Fully ripe Bananas (Constitutes 1 cup of mashed banana)
  • 1.5 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp - Dry fruits, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Water
  • How to Make Banana Halwa- Banana Fudge:

    1. Fry the dry fruits in 2 tsp of ghee and keep aside.
    2. In a pan, add chopped bananas and water to avoid burning at bottom.
    3. Keep stirring continuously till cooked on a low flame.
    4. Once cooked, add sugar and mix again till all water content almost evaporates.
    5. Now add remaining ghee little by little with continuous mixing.
    6. At the end add cardamom powder and ghee fried dry fruits to it and mix well till it forms a lump.
    7. Transfer it into a bowl and let it set and cool completely.
