Ingredients

  • 150 g - whole Wheat flour
  • 75 g - large flakes Oatmeal
  • 65 g - Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 200 ml - soy Milk or skimmed Milk
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1.5 Banana mashed - medium size
  • 5 - diced sun dried Banana or 80 ml - Banana sauce

How to Make Banana Oatmeal Muffins

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade. In a bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and diced sun-dried banana. In another large bowl, mix milk, mashed banana and vanilla extract.
  • Mix thoroughly. Slowly add in flour mixture by parts into banana mixture until well combined.
  • Fill muffin tins (paper bake cups) with muffin dough until it is 3/4 filled. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until it is lightly brown and out clean, serve
