Ingredients

  • 150 g - whole Wheat flour
  • 75 g - large flakes Oatmeal
  • 65 g - Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 200 ml - soy Milk or skimmed Milk
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1.5 Banana mashed - medium size
  • 5 - diced sun dried Banana or 80 ml - Banana sauce
  • How to Make Banana Oatmeal Muffins:

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade. In a bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and diced sun-dried banana. In another large bowl, mix milk, mashed banana and vanilla extract.
    2. Mix thoroughly. Slowly add in flour mixture by parts into banana mixture until well combined.
    3. Fill muffin tins (paper bake cups) with muffin dough until it is 3/4 filled. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until it is lightly brown and out clean, serve
