Ingredients

  • 3 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 3 - Eggs
  • 1 cup - oil
  • 1 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp - Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 3 - Medium bananas
  • 1 can - Crushed/Titbits pineapple
  • 1 cup - Chopped Walnuts
  • For icing - Any cream cheese frosting

How to Make Banana Pineapple Bread

  • Mix all the ingredients together and pour into floured and greased pan(s).
  • Bake for an hour at 350 degrees F.
  • Allow the cake to fully cool down before applying the frosting.
