How to Make Barley and Green Gram Kichidi

  • Heat oil in a pressure pan.
  • Add cloves, cinnamon, cumin and pepper. Fry for few seconds.
  • Add onion, fry till light brown.
  • Add chilli, carrot, beans, barley, green gram and water. Add salt to taste. Pressure cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
