Smash boiled potatoes in a bowl. To this add chopped onion, tomato, ginger and coriander leaves. Heat oil in a small frying pan, add mustard seeds, green chillies and turmeric powder. Pour this seasoning on the mixture, add salt according to taste
Serve it with Parathas, Puris, Chapatis etc.
