Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 cup of Curd
  • 1 Big size Onion (chopped fine)
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 2 small piece of Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder, Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tomato
  • Few leaves of fresh Coriander
  • How to Make Batati Bhajji:

    1. Smash boiled potatoes in a bowl. To this add chopped onion, tomato, ginger and coriander leaves. Heat oil in a small frying pan, add mustard seeds, green chillies and turmeric powder. Pour this seasoning on the mixture, add salt according to taste
    2. Serve it with Parathas, Puris, Chapatis etc.
