  • 1/2 kg - medium size Prawns
  • 4 tbsp - flour
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - Egg beaten
  • Oil for Deep frying.
  • How to Make Batter Fried Prawns:

    1. Wash, clean and de-vein the pawns.
    2. Make a batter with the flour, chilli powder, salt, beaten egg and a little water.
    3. The batter should not be too thick or too thin.
    4. Dip the prawns in the batter and Deep Fried till golden brown.
