Ingredients

  • 2 cups - all purpose flour(maida)
  • 3/4 cup - semolina(sooji/rava)
  • 3 tbsp - Curd
  • 3 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - soda
  • salt as require
  • water as require
  • oil for frying
  • How to Make Batura:

    1. Mix all the ingredients one by one and knead into dough.
    2. Keep it aside for 1 - 2 hrs.
    3. Make big balls off the above dough.
    4. Roll them out into slightly big & thick rounds.
    5. Heat oil in a pan.
    6. Fry well in oil.
    7. Serve hot with chana masala.
