How to Make Bean and potatoes

  • Splutter mustard in hot oil and add cumin.
  • Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste and tomato. Stir fry for 2 mins.
  • Add rest of the dry masalas, including salt, and fresh tomato ketchup.
  • Mix the ingredients and cook the masala well.
  • Add the beans and potatoes and mix well.
  • Cook for 2- 3 mins more.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
