Ingredients

  • 3 - Potatoes (boiled)
  • 50g - beans
  • 1tbsp - Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - Tomato
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 pinch - cumin
  • 1 pinch - mustard
  • 1 tbsp -jeera
  • 1 pinch - Red Chilli
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch -coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pinch - chat masala
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • How to Make Bean and potatoes:

    1. Splutter mustard in hot oil and add cumin.
    2. Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes brown
    3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato. Stir fry for 2 mins.
    4. Add rest of the dry masalas, including salt, and fresh tomato ketchup.
    5. Mix the ingredients and cook the masala well.
    6. Add the beans and potatoes and mix well.
    7. Cook for 2- 3 mins more.
    8. Garnish with chopped coriander.
