  • 1.5 cups - fresh Basil leaves
  • 3/4 cup - Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp - white Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cups - grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp - salt
  • Several Lettuce leaves
  • 4 cups - Bean sprouts
  • 2 large Tomatoes sliced round
  • How to Make Bean sprout tomato salad topped with pesto:

    1. Pesto: Blend basil, oil, vinegar, garlic, cheese and salt in a food processor until smooth.
    2. Salad: Line a salad plate with lettuce. Spread the bean sprouts cover it. Place the sliced tomatoes over the bean sprouts. Spoon the pesto over the salad and serve.
