Ingredients

  • 1 pound - beans
  • 4-5 cups - cooked Rice
  • 2-3 tbsp - sambar powder
  • 14 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - Channa dal
  • 8 - Curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Cilantro to garnish
  • How to Make Beans fried rice:

    1. Chop the beans finely. (Use only fresh beans.)
    2. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal.
    3. Add curry leaves, and then beans and fry for about 10 minutes stirring in between.
    4. Add the sambar powder, salt and the rice and mix well on the stove, switch off the stove.
    5. Now add the lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with cilantro.
