  • 1 pound - beans
  • 4-5 cups - cooked rice
  • 2-3 tbsp - sambar powder
  • 14 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - urad dal
  • 1 tsp - channa dal
  • 8 - curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • cilantro to garnish

How to Make Beans fried rice

  • Chop the beans finely. (Use only fresh beans.)
  • Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal.
  • Add curry leaves, and then beans and fry for about 10 minutes stirring in between.
  • Add the sambar powder, salt and the rice and mix well on the stove, switch off the stove.
  • Now add the lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with cilantro.
