Ingredients

  • Green fresh beans - 1 pound
  • Minced garlic - 3 pods
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Beans Fry with Sesame Seed

  • Clean fresh green beans and cut the edges.
  • Heat a wok over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Put olive oil, minced garlic and saute for about a minute.
  • Fry the beans in it till tender in low heat.
  • Add soya sauce and salt as per taste.
  • When it cooked well, add sesame seed on top.
