  • Green fresh beans - 1 pound
  • Minced Garlic - 3 pods
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Beans Fry with Sesame Seed:

    1. Clean fresh green beans and cut the edges.
    2. Heat a wok over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
    3. Put olive oil, minced garlic and saute for about a minute.
    4. Fry the beans in it till tender in low heat.
    5. Add soya sauce and salt as per taste.
    6. When it cooked well, add sesame seed on top.
