Ingredients

  • 1 packet - beans
  • 1/2 cup - Channa dal
  • 2 tbsp - fresh Coconut
  • For seasoning:
  • 1/2 tbsp - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Curry leaves (optional)
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • How to Make Beans with channa daal:

    1. Cook channa dal in pressure cooker with enough water.
    2. Heat oil and season it with all the listed ingredients.
    3. After the mustard splutters, add green chillies and beans.
    4. Let this cook for some time on a slow flame.
    5. Once the beans are cooked, add cooked channa (without water) and coconut, and let it cook for some more time.
    6. Tastes good with rice or roti.
