How to Make Beef bread pizza

  • Mix masala ingredients together and pressure cook it. Allow to cool. Grind it in a mixer.
  • In a fry pan, pour some oil; add onion and fry for 7 minutes.
  • Grind ginger-garlic-chilli together and make a paste; mix with onion and fry.
  • Add some salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and pepper powder.
  • Then add some curry and coriander leaves.
  • The masala is ready. For pizza-
  • Cut the bread in round shape.
  • Place the masala in the centre and press gently.
  • Cut the cheese in 4 and place one piece above the masala.
  • Cut carrot into thin slices and place above the cheese.
  • Cut tomato, cucumber and capsicum into thin semi circles.
  • Arrange sidewise on carrot.
  • Meanwhile, heat ghee in a frying pan.
  • Pour some beaten egg on the top of bread and slowly place in the frying pan.
  • Pour some beaten egg on the other side of the bread also and fry.
  • Fry well and serve hot.
