  • 250 g - Beef
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil/ghee/clarified Butter (optional)
  • To be ground to paste:
  • 2 big -chopped Onion
  • 2-3- cloves, Garlic
  • 1 inch - piece Ginger
  • 1 cup - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 4-5 -green chillies
  • How to Make Beef Cooked in green masala:

    1. Grind the onion, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and chillies together to form a fine paste.
    2. Mix this paste with beef along with vinegar and salt. Keep aside for a couple of hours.
    3. If using oil/ghee, heat it in a pan and gently add the beef into the oil, along with the marinade. Saute for a minute or two.
    4. Cover and cook till the beef is done.
    5. Once the beef is done, check if there's any liquid remaining.
    6. If so, turn the heat to high and cook till the liquid is evaporated. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and finely sliced green chillies.
