Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Beef, mince
  • 1 - Medium egg (beaten)
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves (kothmeer), Minced
  • 1/2 bunch - Mint leaves (pudina), minced
  • 10 cloves - Garlic, minced
  • 2 - Medium green chillies, minced
  • 1/2 inch - Ginger, minced
  • 2 - Medium onions, minced
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 1 cup - Bread crumbs
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup - Cooking oil

How to Make Beef Cutlets

  • Wash and drain the ground beef mince.
  • Mix all of the ingredients in it the beef mince and make into cutlet shapes.
  • Add salt and pepper powder to taste.
  • Dip in the beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Fry on both sides, till done.
