Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Beef, boiled in ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 200 g - Onions
  • 1 tbsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - Garam-Masala
  • 200 g - Tomatoes
  • 1- Coconut scraped
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Beef "Kori Kachpu"

  • Cut and wash the meat into pieces, and boil with 1 tbsp of ginger -garlic paste.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and saute the sliced onions until brown, then add the cubed tomatoes, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and the masala powders.
  • Fry till the oil separates.
  • Then add the boiled meat and let it simmer until it is almost dry.
  • Add salt and vinegar to taste and then add the scraped coconut.
  • Serve hot.
