Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Beef, boiled in Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 200 g - Onions
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - Garam-Masala
  • 200 g - Tomatoes
  • 1- Coconut scraped
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Beef "Kori Kachpu":

    1. Cut and wash the meat into pieces, and boil with 1 tbsp of ginger -garlic paste.
    2. Now heat oil in a pan and saute the sliced onions until brown, then add the cubed tomatoes, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and the masala powders.
    3. Fry till the oil separates.
    4. Then add the boiled meat and let it simmer until it is almost dry.
    5. Add salt and vinegar to taste and then add the scraped coconut.
    6. Serve hot.
