How to Make Beef masala

  • Boil all together in a cooker with enough water.
  • Once boiled, heat a kadai with oil and fry the beef (reserve the gravy).
  • Remove the fried beef from the pan and boil the gravy till it thickens.
  • Add the fried beef and curry leaves and garam masala
