  • How to Make Beef Mince With Potatoes And Peas:

    1. Wash the ground beef mince, drain all the water and keep aside.
    2. In a separate vessel, parboil potatoes and peas.
    3. In a frying pan, heat some ghee or cooking oil, and fry the sliced onions till they turn golden brown.
    4. Then add the ginger and garlic paste and fry it. Add the bay leaves and fry them, till they change their colour.
    5. Then add curry powder, turmeric, chilli, jeera and coriander, and then add the garam masala and fry well.

    8. When sufficiently blended with the masala, add some water to the mince and cook, till the meat is well cooked.
    9. The water should be slightly above the meat contents.
    10. When the meat is half cooked, slit the green chillies, lengthwise, and cook it with the mince.
    11. Add the potatoes and green peas and add salt to taste.
