Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef stew Meat or round steak, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 cup - Beef broth
  • 1 cup - sour Cream
  • 1 package Egg noodles, cooked
  • 2 tbsp - flour
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Garlic
  • 1/4 lb - fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Beef Strogonoff:

    1. In a pressure cooker, add the brown meat and flour and mix well.
    2. Stir in onion, garlic powder, mushrooms, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Blend thoroughly.
    3. Close the lid and bring to high pressure. Cook for 20 minutes.
    4. Release the pressure and remove the lid.
    5. Stir in sour cream and blend well.
    6. Serve over hot egg noodles.
