Ingredients

  • 1 kg - beef, diced
  • 1/2 kg - Potato
  • 2 - Onions chopped
  • 2 - Tomato chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, sliced
  • green coriander
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 100 g - oil
  • How to Make Beef tomato bhuni:

    1. Peel the potatoes and cut in long slices. Take a pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
    2. Into the same oil, add the meat with chilli powder, turmeric powder, and ginger garlic paste. Pressure cook for 30 mins till the meat is tender.
    3. After the meat is cooked, add chopped tomatoes, onions, green coriander and green chillies.
    4. Stir well. Then add the potatoes. Cook till dry.
