How to Make Beef tomato bhuni

  • Peel the potatoes and cut in long slices. Take a pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
  • Into the same oil, add the meat with chilli powder, turmeric powder, and ginger garlic paste. Pressure cook for 30 mins till the meat is tender.
  • After the meat is cooked, add chopped tomatoes, onions, green coriander and green chillies.
  • Stir well. Then add the potatoes. Cook till dry.
