Ingredients

  • 1 - Beef tongue
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar (for grinding)
  • 6 flakes - Garlic (for grinding)
  • 2 pods - Cardamoms (for grinding)
  • 1 piece - Ginger (for grinding)
  • 8 - red dry chillies (for grinding)
  • 1 tsp - Jeera (for grinding)
  • 1 - medium Onion (for tempering, sliced)
  • Few Coriander leaves (for tempering)
  • 3 tbsp - Ghee (for tempering)
  • 200 gms - Potatoes (peeled and sliced)
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Beef Tongue Vindaloo:

    1. Cut and wash the tongue, scrape it, and make slices.
    2. Grind masala in vinegar.
    3. In a vessel, heat ghee and fry the sliced onion and the coriander leaves, then add the ground masala and fry well.
    4. Add the tongue and continue stirring.
    5. Stir so that the meat does not get burnt.
    6. Add pared and cut potatoes and cook.
    7. When the potatoes are soft, add salt to taste.
