Ingredients

  • 1 - Beetroot
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 - small tomato, chopped
  • 1 - small potato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - ground pepper
  • 1 tsp - chopped Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves.

How to Make

  • Peel, wash and cut the beetroot into large chunks.
  • Pressure cook the beetroot, onion, tomato, mint and potato till soft.
  • Cool and keep aside.
  • When cold, blend in mixie or food processor and strain.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Server hot with dinner rolls.
