How to Make Beetroot kosambari

  • Wash moong dal and soak for at least 1 hour.
  • Drain
  • Grate coconut, beetroot, carrot, radish, cucumber and green chillies.
  • Chop onions finely
  • Chop coriander leaves
  • Mix all the ingredients together with salt and lemon juice and serve.
