How to Make Bell pepper peanut curry

  • Dry roast peanuts and sesame seeds until golden.
  • Let it cool and grind to a coarse powder.
  • Chop peppers into cubes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin and let them splutter.
  • Add the bell peppers and quickly saute them.
  • Add the ground mixture, chilli-ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and salt.
  • Stir well and add sugar.
  • Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve garnished with cilantro.
