Ingredients

  • 3- bell peppers, any colour
  • 100g - peanuts, dry roasted and ground
  • 2 tbsp - sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tsp - chilli-ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 ts p - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Cilantro to garnish
  • How to Make Bell pepper peanut curry:

    1. Dry roast peanuts and sesame seeds until golden.
    2. Let it cool and grind to a coarse powder.
    3. Chop peppers into cubes.
    4. Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin and let them splutter.
    5. Add the bell peppers and quickly saute them.
    6. Add the ground mixture, chilli-ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and salt.
    7. Stir well and add sugar.
    8. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    9. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve garnished with cilantro.
