Ingredients

  • 2 oz. meringue, or nests, broken into chunks
  • 3 cups mixed berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, Blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups plain Yoghurt
  • 2 knobs of preserved ginger, diced

How to Make Berry and Meringue Dessert

  • Place the meringues in a large bowl and add the berries and yoghurt.
  • Mix very gently so the meringue pieces do not break up too much.
  • Divide among 4 glasses or bowls and sprinkle with the preserved ginger.
