Ingredients

  • 500 g - besan
  • 200 g - Ghee
  • 200 g - icing Sugar
  • Mixed dry fruits
  • 5 pieces - elaichi.

How to Make Besan Dry Fruits Ladoo

  • Roast besan in ghee on low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Cool it completely and mix in the sugar, dry fruits and elaichi.
  • Knead it till it becomes like a dough.
  • Make lime-sized balls of this dough and serve.
