How to Make Besan Hot Curry

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, allow to splutter.
  • Add chopped chillies and onions, fry till brown, then add haldi powder.
  • Now add water, grated coconut and salt, allow to boil.
  • Now add besan slowly stirring simultaneously avoiding besan lumps.
  • Heat for another 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. Makes a tasty dish with rice as well as chapattis too.
