  • 1 cup - Besan
  • 3/4 cup - warm milk
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • 3/4 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - warm milk
  • 3/4 cup - ghee

How to Make Besan Sheera

  • Take Besan and mix 1/4 milk and ghee. Keep mixture aside about 2 hours.
  • Heat about 3/4 cup of ghee in pan and add the mixture, keep on stirring until brown in colour.
  • Add 3/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of warm milk and 1/2 cup of warm water all together, again keep on stirring until ghee separates from sheera.
