  • Bhindi - 1/4 kg
  • Garlic - 3 to 4
  • Jeera - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp.

How to Make Bhendi Masala

  • Grind the garlic and jeera into a paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped bhendi and turmeric. Mix well and let it cook without the lid.
  • When the bhendi softens, add the garlic and jeera paste. Mix well.
  • Now cook for another 5 to 8 mins until it is ready.
  • Serve hot with rice.
