How to Make Bhindi Masala Fry

  • Wash the bhindi, dry it and cut into two slices.
  • Then add all the masala powders, ginger-garlic paste including amchur and besan.
  • Mix well and keep for 5 minutes.
  • Then deep fry and serve.
