  • 1 kg-lady's finger
  • chilli powder
  • oil for deep frying

How to Make Bhindi Roast

  • Slice the lady's finger into very thin slices lengthwise and keep them aside.
  • Heat oil and deep fry these slices till they become dark brown and crispy.
  • Remove them and put them on a plate with a tissue paper, so that the excess oil is removed.
  • After all the slices are fried, sprinkle the salt and chilli powder mixed on top and mix well.
  • Serve it with cocktail or alcoholic drinks as starters.
