Ingredients

  • Chicken - 650 gms(breast/leg chopped)
  • Green chillies paste - 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
  • Pudina paste - 1 tsp
  • Coriander paste - 1 tsp
  • Onion paste - 4 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Red mirchi powder - 1.5 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 pinches of haldi
  • 3 elachi(big)
  • 8 cloves
  • 1 chekka(medium)
  • 3/4 tsp - dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tsp - masala powder
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Oil - 100 gm
  • Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp

How to Make Bhongiri Chicken

  • Mix chicken with green chilli paste, pudina paste, coriander paste, onion paste, a pinch of turmeric powder, mirchi powder & salt smashed masala, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and curd.
  • Mix well & marrinate 30 mins.
  • Heat pan and pour oil in medium heat.
  • Add jeera, chopped onion, chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste
  • Add marinated chicken in the pan
  • Keep on edium flame for 20 mins, till chicken is cooked. Garnish with chopped corainder leaves and serve hot.
