Ingredients

  • 12 pieces - salty biscuits (Monaco or Time Pass)
  • 100 gm - fine besan
  • 2 pinches - edible soda
  • oil for deep fry
  • salt to taste

How to Make Biscuit Pakoda

  • Mix besan, soda, salt add a little of water to make paste.
  • Take oil in a pan to deep fry in. Once hot, dip a biscuit in the besan paste and add to the pan.
  • You can add up depending upon size of pan. Fry till golden brown.
  • Serve it with tomato sauce along with tea.
