How to Make Bitter Gourd Sabzi

  • Slice the bitter gourd thinly. Add some lemon juice, salt, and turmeric, and keep aside for 15 mins
  • Then fry some peanuts and grind in mixer with garlic, ginger and cumin seeds.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add the bitter gourd along with salt, sugar, and tamarind water, and cook it on low heat for 20 mins
  • Then add red chilli and the ground peanut mixture and coriander. Mix well, heat through and serve.
