Scrap the bittergourd and cut them into round slices like chips.
Add 1/2 tbsp salt and put them into a bowl for about 10 minutes.
Squeez the pieces of Bittergourd to remove the water.
Fry the chips until golden brown.
Make course powder with Red chillies, Coriander seeds, Jeera & Garlic cloves.
Then put oil in the frying pan and add this mixture.Fry it for a minute then add the fried bitter gourd chips,1/2 spoon of salt and mix it for a minute or two. Now the Bittergourd chips are ready to eat. These chips can be served with rice or as a side dish with any other curry.
