  • 1 tsp - aniseed (saunf)
  • 15 - black raisins
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed rock sugar (misri)
  • 350 ml - water

How to Make Black Raisin-Saunf Drink

  • Soak all three ingredients in 150 ml water. Cover and keep overnight.
  • Put contents into an electrical mixer. Run till mixture is well crushed and almost smooth.
  • Add remaining water, run again for a few seconds. Strain, serve.
