Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - Soyabean (soak overnight)
  • 1 tbsp - Moong (whole)
  • 1 Potato (boiled)
  • 1 Onion (chopped finely)
  • 1 tsp - Coriander leaves (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 tsp - Chaat Masala

How to Make

  • Wash the moong and rajma.
  • Pressure cook the rajma and moong till done. (Approx. 4 whistles).
  • Drain and wash to cool.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • If desired mix in 1/2 cup of beaten curd.
  • Or eat as it is with hot steamed rice or chappati.
