Ingredients

  • 2 cups - chilled yogurt, beaten
  • 3/4 cup - boondi (fried Chickpea flour balls)
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • Chopped Coriander leaves to garnish (optional)

How to Make Boondi Raita

  • Combine 1/2 cup boondi with the chaat masala, yogurt and sugar.
  • Just before serving, throw in the remaining boondi.
  • Garnish with coriander and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
