Ingredients

  • 2 cups - ripe boppai gratings
  • 2 cups - Ghee
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 50 g - Kaju
  • 50 g - kishmis
  • 2 tsp - elaichi powder
  • a pinch - Saffron color

How to Make Boppai Halwa

  • Cook boppai gratings with sugar and some water.
  • While boiling add saffron and ghee.
  • Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Add cardamom powder and raisins.
  • Pour on a greased plate.
  • Cut into small pieces and garnish with cashew.
