Ingredients

  • Brain - 1
  • Green chillies - 3 - 4
  • Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil or Ghee- 4 tbsp
  • 1- Small Onion
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Brain Fry:

    1. Wash the brain well and chop into small pieces.
    2. Grind the green chilli and coriander leaves into a paste.
    3. Chop onion into fine pieces.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and add the onion, saute until pink, then add the ginger-garlic paste.
    5. Fry for 2 minutes.
    6. Now add the brain pieces and green chilli/coriander paste.
    7. Add salt and the garam masala.
    8. Add 1/2 cup of water and fry for 15 - 20 minutes on medium flame until the water dries up.
    9. Serve hot with parathas.
