Ingredients

  • 4 slices - bread
  • 1 cup - boiled peas
  • 2 - Potatoes
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Tomato
  • 1- finely sliced Onion
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 cup - Curry leaves
  • Salt to Taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Bread Peas Masala

  • Cut the bread slices into small cubes and deep fry in oil. Boil and mash the potatoes. Heat the oil in a Kadai.
  • Saute the onions.
  • Add tomato, mashed potato, peas, chilli powder and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the fried bread pieces and cook till the gravy spreads on the bread.
  • When removing, garnish with curry leaves.
  • Serve hot.
