Ingredients

  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Onion (small) - 1/2, chopped
  • Celery - 1/2 stick, chopped
  • Mushroom (medium) - 3, chopped
  • Olive - 5, pitted and halved
  • Capsicum (small) - 1/4, chopped
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard sauce - 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • Shredded cheese - 1/2 cup

How to Make Bread Pizza with Italian Seasoning

  • Heat an oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Saute the vegetables on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and garlic powder.
  • Grease a pizza pan and place the four bread slices on it.
  • Mix the tomato ketchup, mustard sauce and Italian seasoning and spread on the slices.
  • Spread the sauteed vegetables evenly.
  • Spread the shredded cheese evenly on top.
  • Place the pizza pan inside the hot oven and cook until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
