Ingredients

  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Boiled Peas - 1 cup
  • Potato - 2, finely sliced
  • Tomato - 1 cup, finely sliced
  • Onion - 1
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 3 tbsp

How to Make Bread Potato Snack

  • Cut the bread slices into small cubes and deep fry in oil.
  • Boil and mash the potatoes.
  • Heat the oil in a kadai. Saute the onions. Add tomato, mashed potato, peas, chilli powder and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the fried bread pieces and cook till the gravy spreads on the bread.
  • When removing, garnish with curry leaves.
  • Serve hot.
