  • 3-4 slices Bread (wheat or plain) but day old
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2.5 tsp -Oil
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin & Mustard Seeds

How to Make Bread Seasoned

  • Chop the bread into very tiny cubes. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add seeds and cook until they splutter.
  • Add the onions and tomatoes and cook till tender.
  • Add in bread and all other ingredients.
  • Stir well to mix the masala evenly.
  • Garnish with more coriander if desired.
  • Serve hot.
