Ingredients

  • 12 thin bread slices, trimmed
  • 1 cup - baked beans
  • 1 cup - mixed chopped onion, capsicum, cabbage and tomato
  • 1 tsp - red chilli-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - green chilli-vinegar paste
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • Oil as needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Bread tacos

  • Heat oil and fry all bread slices rolled around a tube so that they are shaped like tacos.
  • Heat beans and season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill each taco with beans, top with salad vegetables and sprinkle with both chilli pastes.
  • Decorate with coriander leaves and serve while crunchy.
