  • Oats - 2 tbsp
  • natural soya Milk - 1 cup, chilled
  • Banana - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • dried Fig 1, chopped
  • muesli (with nuts) - 2 tbsp

How to Make Breakfast Bowl

  • Cook oats in 1.5 cup of water and cool.
  • Blend banana and Soya milk till smooth.( Add a tsp of sugar if desired)
  • Place oats in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle with chopped fig.
  • Pour the banana milk over it and mix well.
  • Sprinkle muesli on top and serve.
