Ingredients

  • Oats - 2 tbsp
  • natural soya Milk - 1 cup, chilled
  • Banana - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • dried Fig 1, chopped
  • muesli (with nuts) - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Breakfast Bowl:

    1. Cook oats in 1.5 cup of water and cool.
    2. Blend banana and Soya milk till smooth.( Add a tsp of sugar if desired)
    3. Place oats in a bowl.
    4. Sprinkle with chopped fig.
    5. Pour the banana milk over it and mix well.
    6. Sprinkle muesli on top and serve.
