Ingredients

  • 2 - brinjal
  • 2 cup - curd
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - Bengal gram dal
  • 4 - dry chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - oil

How to Make Brinjal Raita

  • Heat the brinjal directly on flame until cooked. Mash the brinjal and add it to the curd with the required amount of salt
  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Add the mustard seeds and splutter
  • Now add the Bengal gram dhal and dry chillies
  • Add this to the curd and brinjal.
  • Serve.
