Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Broccoli (finely chopped florets)
  • 1/2 cup - Cauliflower (finely chopped florets)
  • 1/2 cup - Spinach (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Lima Bean (soaked overnight)
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - Water

How to Make Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach and Lima Bean Soup

  • Take butter, onion and garlic in a microwave safe bowl. Keep it on high for 2 minutes.
  • Now, add the chopped florets, spinach, little quantity of salt and half a cup of water.
  • Cook on microwave high for 5 minutes. Allow the contents to cool down.
  • Process in a blender until smooth.
  • Cook soaked Lima bean with salt for 10 minutes on microwave.
  • Boil the milk on microwave and add milk to the contents in the blender. Mix well.
  • Pour in a serving bowl.
  • Add, cooked lima bean. Season with pepper.
  • Serve hot.
