How to Make Broccoli Parathas

  • Wash and place chopped broccoli in a plastic bag. Put it in a microwave oven and cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  • Add all the other ingredients and knead a stiff dough using 1.5 tbsp. of oil as shortening.
  • Roll out parathas (about 5-6" in diameter) and shallow fry them until golden on both sides.
  • Serve hot with achaar, yogurt, or tomato ketchup.
